We can offer a variety of shipping options because of our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff will package every item to our exacting requirements. Your goods are thoroughly checked and secured properly prior to shipping. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients across many countries. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a different processing time for each item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. Today, the majority orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
